Day 6

FLASH:  Went to the doctor's and I have lost 11 pounds in 5 days!  My blood pressure was 120/60 (perfect).  So they have taken me completely off the diabetic meds and cut the blood pressure medicine by half.  Whew!!

Morning Blood Sugar = 111 
Breakfast
1 Hard boiled egg = 70
Activia Lite = 70
3 oz Blackberries =50
1 slice Lo sodium Boar's Head Ham = 60 
Total = 250


LUNCH:
4 oz  pink salmon in water  = 120 cals.
2 Tbls Hellman's lite mayo = 70 cals
4 oz blackberries = 48 cals.
Total = 238 (not quite enough, will add an apple)

 DINNER:
4 oz steak = 220 cals
200 gms veggies = 70 cals.
Total Dinner = 290
That's a total for the day of 775.


Will eat 200 cals snack before bed. Yes, we are increasing calories to 1000.
