DAY 59 - MORE VICTORIES

 Had to drive down 33 miles to baby sit an organ repair at my church.  One of those "if I'm not there, it won't be done right days".  So there's a late lunch.  But while I was there I was talking to the Senior Warden of the Vestry and I realized that I had crossed my left leg over my right leg for the first time in about 25 years.  Yes, a major victory.

4 OZ Sirloin Grilled = 240

TOTAL = 320
TOTAL FOR THE DAY = 930

SNACK = BRYER'S CARB SMART VANILLA = 200 CAL.
