DAY 44 - I CAN TELL YOU'RE LISTENING

Well, I can tell you all are listening.  Why? Everyone of you asked "where are the oranges you added?"  The answer is simple, when it got time for an orange my calories were already at 1110, so I postponed the orange for today.  HERE!
Let me tell you also: peeling an orange is something I haven't done in 50 years, so it was an ordeal, but I got it done and it was delicious.  Now, shut up about the oranges, Anita Bryant!

Morning Sugars = 150 - don't know why, sugars are a mystery to me.

BREAKFAST
1 Navel Orange = 62
1 Activia Lite = 70
1 Sl. Lo Sod. Ham = 60
TOTAL = 192

Noon sugars = 179 (I think it's the orange)

LUNCH
5 oz Lite Tuna = 164
1 Tbs Hellman's Lite = 35
1 Tbs Pickle Relish = 20
1 cup 2% skim milk = 90
TOTAL = 309

Sugars before dinner = 107 (it's balancing protein with carbs)

DINNER
4 oz Sirloin steak Grilled = 240 
Birdseye Corn = 80
TOTAL = 320
TOTAL FOR THE DAY = 821

GONNA RETHINK THOSE ORANGES.
