TOTAL = 220 (didn't have any hard-boiled eggs)
LUNCH
7.5 oz chicken breast canned = 235
2 Tbs. Hellman's Lite Mayo = 70
6 Grape Tomatoes = 30
1 Tbs Pickle Relish = 20
1 Tsp Gulden's Spicy Mustard = 20
TOTAL = 380
DINNER
5 oz Pork Loin Chop grilled = 340
Birdseye Corn = 80
1 c. 2% Skim Milk = 90
TOTAL = 510
TOTAL FOR THE DAY = 1110 - the absolute limit!
