DAY 39 - BACK TO REGULAR EATING

MORNING SUGARS = 110

BREAKFAST
1 HB Egg = 70
1 cup blackberries = 62
1 sl. lo sod ham = 60
1 Activia Lite = 70
TOTAL = 262 

Didn't really eat lunch, just wasn't hungry.  That's not a good thing to do very often, because it can lead to overeating eventually.  Better to go ahead and eat.

Snack - 2 cups of grapes which played hell with blood sugar = 140 calories.  UGH

DINNER
4 oz Angus steak grilled = 240
Veggies = 80
Margarine = 25
TOTAL = 325
TOTAL FOR THE DAY = 727

WILL SNACK AT BED TIME - PEANUT BUTTER

I think I might follow your diet! What kind is it, just low cal/fat?
Getting pretty sick of Slimfast.....
