OFFICIAL WEIGHT LOSS AT MY DOCTOR'S? = 30 LBS.
I came home from that weigh-in very happy and decided to attempt to get out some smaller clothes. Went rummaging around, found them, crossed my fingers and put them on and THEY FIT! That's a wonderful feeling.
I had my usual 210-calorie breakfast
1 HB Egg = 70
1 Activia Lite = 70
1 Sl Lo Sod Ham = 60
1 Tsp Lite Mayo = 10
LUNCH - quickie Tuna Salad
1 12-oz can drained lite tuna = 240
2 Tbls. Hellman's lite mayo = 70
1 Tbs pickle relish = 20
TOTAL = 330
Then I went to an amazing concert performed by Matt Alber and didn't have time to eat dinner. This happens, and you deal with it. But you DON'T go wild.

Dinner? 2 Tbs Peanut Butter = 190 Calories
(Peanut butter is the diabetic's lifesaver!)
