DAY 37 - NEW LUNCH AGAIN! YUMMERS!!

MORNING SUGARS = 125 - GREAT!

BREAKFAST
1 HB EGG = 70
1 TSP LITE MAYO = 10
1 ACTIVIA LITE = 70
1 SL. LO SOD HAM = 60
TOTAL = 210

LUNCH - NEW RECIPE

EGG SALAD
2 HB EGGS = 140
1 TBS LITE MAYO = 35
1 TBS PICKLE RELISH = 20
1 STALK CELERY CUT SMALL = 5
1 TSP GULDEN'S SPICY MUSTARD = 20
TOTAL = 220
Chop the eggs into a bowl, add the other ingredients
and mix.  You can either spread it on lo cal bread and eat it with a spoon, or stuff a tomato with it!
(Very versatile and tasty) 

DINNER
5 oz Angus Sirloin = 240
Birdseye Corn = 80
TOTAL = 320
TOTAL FOR THE DAY = 750
