DAY 36 - NEW RECIPE FOR LUNCH!!

And my blood pressure today was 117/70 - perfect!!

BREAKFAST
1 HB EGG = 70
1 ACTIVIA LITE = 70
1 SL LO SOD HAM = 60
1 TSP LITE MAYO = 10
TOTAL = 210

LUNCH 
I'M CALLING IT "SALADE DE POULET VERONIQUE "
1 Small can Harris Teeter Chicken Breast in water = 120
7 chilled seedless green grapes cut in half = 50
6 grape tomatoes cut in half - 25
1 Tbs Pickle Relish = 20
1 Tbs Hellman's Lite = 70
 TOTAL = 285 Calories - and it was DEE-LISH

DINNER
1 PERDUE CHICKEN BREAST, GRILLED = 140
VEGGIES = 80
1 TSP MARGARINE = 15
1 CUP BLUEBERRIES = 84
TOTAL = 349
TOTAL FOR THE DAY = 844
