I woke this morning at 9, got up, took my blood sugar and went back to bed until.....

Yes, I realize I am a complete SLOB, but sometimes one just needs to go away. Besides I have a rather vivid dream about, of all things, OVEN MITTS. I'll leave the rest to your imagination.

5 oz Angus Steak grilled = 244
Birdseye Corn = 80
TOTAL = 324
TOTAL FOR THE DAY = 884

Two tbspns of pb? You're kidding? That stuff is like crack cocaine-so addictive. I can't stop myself. Or rather I don't choose to stop. Love the stuff.
