DAY 33 - WHOLE FOODS??? - 133 POUNDS!

My friend Rick just said, "Richard, if you lose much more you'll look like those sick bastards at Whole Foods!"  Well, thanks for the encouragement, Rick, but I will:  always shave, never wear Birkenstocks or Gauze cotton shirts, or braid my white hair down to my waist!  I couldn't resist saying that.  Whole Foods is ok for a salad bar meal, and some really good never-frozen meats, fish and poultry.  But it is generally over-priced through the roof and very very anal retentive about the whole thing.

Yesterday I told you I have lost 22 pounds.  From my highest weight 6 years ago, I have lost 133 pounds.  Yep, I was 426, believe it or not.  Now I'm 293 and still going down to 275.

Morning Sugars = 124

BREAKFAST
1 HB EGG = 70
1 ACTIVIA LITE = 70
1 SL. LO SOD HAM = 60
3 STRAWBERRIES = 5
TOTAL = 205 

LUNCH
1 Portobello Mushroom cap, grilled = 22
1 sl. Lo Sod Ham = 60
1 Tbs. Hellman's Lite =  70
1 Slice tomato = 25
1 Slices Lo Sod. Provalone = 100
TOTAL = 277

Snack = 2 Tbs. Peanut Butter = 190

DINNER
5 oz Chuck steak grilled = 240
Italian Veggies = 80
TOTAL = 320
TOTAL FOR THE DAY = 992
