DAY 30

 Plan your entire day's eating before you get out of bed.  Write it down.  Take it with you to the market and shop for ONLY what you need.  It will help you to stick to your plan.  Trust me.

Another hint:  I don't have any food in my house that I cannot eat at least a small portion of.  Would you keep a python in your refrigerator?  I didn't think so!  Think about it.

Morning Sugars = 130

BREAKFAST
1 HB EGG = 70
1 ACTIVIA LITE = 70
1 SL. LO SOD = HAM = 60
1 Tsp Hellman's Lite = 10
TOTAL = 210 

LUNCH
7 oz. Lite tuna in water = 210
2 stalks celery = 0
7 grape tomatoes halved = 30
3 button mushrooms chopped = 10
2 Tbs. Relish = 40
1 1/s Tbs Lite Hellman's = 100
TOTAL = 390 

DINNER
5 oz Angus Chuck Steak = 244
Steamed Veggies = 80
TOTAL = 324
TOTAL FOR THE DAY = 924
