DAY 29 - I'M CHANGING

I have begun to notice:  my feet are swelling less and I am back to walking with the cane (at least in the house).  This is real progress and is a result of my eating regimen. CHECK OUT MY LUNCH RECIPE

MORNING SUGARS = 148
BREAKFAST = 1 HB EGG = 70
1 ACTIVIA LITE = 70
1 SLICE LO SO. HAM = 60
TOTAL = 348

LUNCH - My version of a Croque monsieur!- delish and VERY filling
1 PORTABELLA MUSHROOM CAP = 22
1 Tsb Lite Hellman's = 70
1 tomato slice = 5
2 slices Lo sodium Provalone = 100
1 slice Lo Sod. Ham = 70
TOTAL = 277
(And I put in under the broiler and melted the cheese)

DINNER
1 Perdue Chicken Breast = 275
1 Bird'seye Singles Corn = 80
1 Tsp Lite Margarine = 15
TOTAL = 370
TOTAL FOR THE DAY = 995
