DAY 19 - SUNDAY

MORNING SUGARS = 124 (still steady as a rock)

Sunday, so I have my usual in-the-car festival at Mickey D's

1 Sausage and Egg Biscuit (only at half the biscuit) = 300
1 Activia Lite = 70
TOTAL = 370

LUNCH
This is sorta my creation, a version of something I learned at Structure House

1 Portabello Mushroom Cap (3 oz ) = 56 cals
2 Tbs Hellman's Low Fat Mayo (I changed) = 30
1 slice Low Sodium Boar's Head Ham = 70
2 slices fresh North Carolina tomato = 12
2 slices Sargento low sodium Provalone = 100
TOTAL = 278 calories!!  and it's a HUGE meal!  Check it out


DINNER
3 oz Steak, chuck grilled = 149 cal
6 oz veggies = 70
1 Tsp lite soy = 8
TOTAL = 228
TOTAL FOR THE DAY = 876

(Will eat 5 oz Breyer's Carb-Smart Vanilla with Splenda at 10 pm = 200Cal.
