DAY 20

Well, it's official:  I have lost 15 pounds and my blood pressure was 130/70.  Hooray!
When it gets to 120/70 my doctor will lower my meds once again.  So I am continuing with 800+ calories for 5 more pounds.

MORNING SUGARS = 120

BREAKFAST
2% Cottage Cheese (150 gms) = 100 Cal
1 Activia Lite = 70
2 Oz Blackberries = 20
TOTAL = 190 

LUNCH
12 oz LIte Tuna in water = 210 cal
2 stalks celery = 0
3 large button mushrooms chopped = 10
7 grape tomatoes halved = 30
2 Tbs. Lite Hellman's = 70
1 Tbs Relish = 10
TOTAL = 330 calories

DINNER
4 oz chuck steak grilled = 160
Corn = 70 
TOTAL = 230
TOTAL FOR THE DAY = 750 Calories

Will eat snack at bedtime
