1 Activia Lite = 70
1 cup Blackberries = 62
Total = 192 (not enough, will eat more later)
Lunch (at Whole Foods)
Delicious salad with many raw ingredients
plus pork loin = 300
Dinner (at Margaret's Cantina)
Green Salad with veggies and chicken breast = 300
Total for the day = 792 - not bad for two meals out in one day
Will eat 200 calories snack before bedtime
