1/2 organic cup rice cooked with no salt = 2 gms protein NOT Uncle Ben's!!
1 patty butter = no gms protein!
1/2 cup green beans (snapped) = 1.2 gms protein
1/2 corn = 2.1 gm protein
Total so far for the day = 13.3 gms
Fully satisfied, too! Here the lunch
Boil the rice and cook 20 minutes on simmer, covered
add the veggies and 1 patty of unsalted butter
micro cook for 4 minutes
