My pharmacist just told me how to make microwave popcorn. (All commercial microwave popcorn has TRANS-FAT in excess). Here goes:
Take a minimal amount of popcorn and place it in a paper bag (lunch bag size or the next size up) Then drizzle a small amount of the oil of your choice. Seal the bag with tape and microwave beginning with 2 minutes. You may have to increase the time.
Good snack, no trans-FAT.
