Ok, here goes another change in my eating regimen.
Vegetarian/Low Phosphorous/Low Sodium
And here's my dinner tonight:
2 cups raw cauliflower
1 cup chopped green beans
1/2 cup plain rice
1 cup Organic mushroom broth
1/2 c white mushrooms, sliced.
Put the rice in the bottom on a medium-size casserole dish (with a lid)
Put the rice on the bottom
Then the cauliflower
Then the green beans
Then the mushrooms
Pour in the broth
Cover and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
And it's yummy.
I will also eat 2 hard-boiled eggs on the side for amino acids - Doc's suggestion.
For those who MUST have salt, add it after you taste it first. Come on, give it a try!
