THANKSGIVING SPINACH - A BIG HIT

RICHARD’S THANKSGIVING SPINACH

3 8-0z pkg. chopped frozen spinach – thawed & cooked
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
1 egg
2 small cartons sour cream
2 C. Sharp Cheddar Cheese, grated
Tabasco to taste - I usually put about three-four "dots".

Cook spinach, drain, add egg, sour cream, soup mix and
cheese and a few dots of butter.

Bake 20-30 minutes at 350
