TOTAL = 215 that's not really enough breakfast, is it?

1 Tsp Gulden's Spicy Brown Mustard = 5 cals
1 Tbls Hellman's Lite Mayo = 35 cals
3 slices Applegate Lo Fat Turkey = 60 cals
1 large slice fresh tomato = 10 Cals
1 slices Sargento Lo Fat Provalone Cheese = 100 cals
Total = 232 Calories and lo carb and fat!!


DINNER
6 oz Pork Loin Chop = 408
1 Tsp Lo Sod Soy = 10
Birdseye Corn = 80
120 gms seedless grapes = 80 cals
TOTAL = 570 CAL
TOTAL FOR THE DAY = 957
