DAY 28 - RAINY DAYS AND MONDAYS......

"Hangin' around, nothin' to do but frown
Rainy days and Mondays always get me down."

I ain't down yet.  Nothing is going to stop my eating regimen.  Don't know how much I've lost - so I will weigh in at the doctor's later today and report.

DON'T EVER LET ANYTHING (OR ANYONE) KEEP YOU FROM YOUR GOAL.

MORNING SUGARS = 110

BREAKFAST
1 HB Egg = 70
2 Tsp Lite Mayo = 20
1 slice Lo Sod Ham = 60
1 Activia Lite = 70
TOTAL = 160 

LUNCH at Margaret's Cantina
Green salad with veggies = 100
5 oz Grilled Chicken breast  = 200
Vinaigrette = 100
TOTAL = 400

DINNER
5 oz grilled chuck steak au poivre = 200
Veggies = 100
1 Tsp Lite Soy = 20
TOTAL 320
TOTAL FOR THE DAY = 880

Will snack at bedtime (maybe)

When the old stuff comes up and it will, you remind
yourself that that is exactly all it is...
old stuff. You are a new person, with every
ounce and pound you lose, leave the old stuff
behind. Work through what keeps coming up, revisit
it and when you realize it doesn't have the
same power it did, put it down and (for now)
walk away. It served us well, to cope and
help us muscle through whatever was
overwhelming us. Once again, remember
what a great person you are.
