TUESDAY - Day 14

Morning sugar = 114

Day from hell as far as weather:  Power went out at 3pm and came back on at 12 midnite.  UGH, but....

BREAKFAST
1 Egg = 70
1 slice Lo ham = 60
1 Activia lite = 70
TOTAL = 230

LUNCH
3 oz Lite tuna = 190
3 TBS Lite Mayo = 70
Relish = 10
Tomatoes = 30
TOTAL = 300

DINNER (had to eat out at Margaret's Cantina)
Ensalada Verde = 100 cal
6 oz chicken breast = 180
TOTAL = 280
Grapes (green seedless) 1 cal per grape = 100
TOTAL FOR THE DAY =810

Will eat 200 cal before bed

Wow! that can't be good for the BP. I'm starting to hyper ventilate just thinking about no AC.
