3 oz Pork Loin Chop = 204
2 cups micro veggies = 70
1 Tsp lo sodium soy = 3
1 Tsp lo fat margarine = 26
TOTAL = 303
TOTAL FOR THE DAY = 762
Will eat 200 calories at bedtime
GRAND TOTAL = 962
