Morning Sugar = 114
I had to play a funeral today at my church which is 33 miles away. So I woke, trimmed my beard, took my meds, dressed and left the house. (My usual ritual before church)
BREAKFAST - don't panic
1 Sausage and Egg Biscuit from MacDonald's = 300 cals. (yes I checked)
and it's 300 because I only ate half of the biscuit. (Some bird got it from where I threw it - I figured "feed the hungry")
TOTAL = 300
LUNCH
Cantina Salad at Margaret's = 70 cals
6 oz Chicken Breast broiled = 282
Vinaigrette Dressing 1 oz = 50
TOTAL = 332
AND my doctor called and said I was to stabilize at 20 lb-loss for a month. OK, doc.
I'm close to 20 lbs down!! Will know on Monday when I weigh.
DINNER
4 oz Steak Chuck = 200
Veggies = 70
Lite Soy = 8
Margarine = 30
TOTAL = 308
TOTAL FOR THE DAY = 910
Will eat snack at bedtime (after the opening ceremony in London!)

Trimmed your beard???? Are you testing me to see if I am reading this everyday? Well I am. Antonio with a beard - hard to wrap my memory around that. xox Rita
