1 large chicken breast, skinless, boneless, cut in half
4 button mushrooms, sliced
1 large zucchini, sliced
1/2 large Vidalia Onion, blunt chopped
1 large Granny Smith apple (unpeeled) chopped and cubed
Mrs. Dash Garlic Herb Sprinkle
1 TB EVOO
1 cup Organic Vegetable or Chicken Broth
1/2 Marsala Wine
Chop onion bluntly and place in covered baking dish.
Next, slice mushrooms, zucchini and place on onions
Blunt cut and chop unpeeled Granny Smith Apple and place
on top of veggies.
Sprinkle liberally with Mrs. Dash
Place cut breasts on top of veggies and pour EVVO over the
breasts and sprinkle with more Mrs. Dash.
Mix broth and Marsala and pour down side of the dish.
Cover tightly and bake at 400 for 45 minutes.
