DAY 16

OMG!! College Inn Light & Free Chicken Broth Low Sodium is 5 calories per cup!!
I can (and will) make Chicken Soup.





Morning Sugar = 130 (don't trust my glucometer, may need replacing)

BREAKFAST
3.5 oz Fresh Blueberries = 56 cal
1 hb Egg = 70
1 Activia Lite Peach = 70
1 slice lo sodium ham = 60
TOTAL = 256

LUNCH
3 oz Lite Tuna = 120
2 Tbs Lite Mayo = 70
6 Grape Tomatoes sliced = 20
Celery chopped = 0
Mushrooms chopped = 10
Relish 1 Tbs. = 10
10 Grapes = 10
TOTAL = 240 

DINNER
3.5 oz Loin Pork Chop = 238
1 Tsp Lite Soy = 4
190 gm Veggies = 70 
1 Tsp Lite Margarine = 25
TOTAL = 337
TOTAL FOR THE DAY = 833


Will eat 200 calories at bed time

You rock. And might I suggest kale salads? Raw kale, chopped or torn, massage with a little olive oil and lemon juice. Amazing flavor and SO good for you. You can add other salad fixings too, makes a great alternative to lettuce.
