DAY 15 _ WEATHER PROBLEMS

This is just to say that sometimes outside forces cause you to NOT have your regular stuff going on.  DEAL WITH IT.  Yesterday, we lost power in Chapel Hill for NINE hours.  Fortunately, I could go out to eat.  And when I was hungry at 9 pm I went and bought some green grapes (1 calorie each).  Ain't nothin' stoppin' me.

Had to wake up at 4 am and record a broadcast from the CBC Canada, and couldn't get back to sleep until 6am and woke up finally at Noon and here goes:


Morning Sugar = 114
BREAKFAST
1 Hard-boiled egg = 70
1 slice lo-sodium ham =60
1 Activia Lite = 70
TOTAL = 200 Cal  (will eat a snack before lunch to make up 50 calories)

LUNCH
3 oz Lite Tuna = 120
6 Chopped Mudshrooms = 5
6 Chopped Grape Tomatoes = 20
2 stalks celery finely chopped = 0
2 Tbs Lite Mayo = 70
1 Tbs Relish = 10
TOTAL = 325 Cal 

DINNER
4 oz Angus Chuck Steak = 212
Brussel Sprouts = 50
2 Tsp Lo Sodium Soy = 7
TOTAL  = 269 
TOTAL FOR THE DAY = 794


Will eat 200 calories at bed time

Damn, we're down to counting grapes. It would help to have someone feed them to me.
