CRY ME A RIVER

It was 1955 and we were all running around just amazed by the cover on this album!! I wonder why?

Julie London was a sultry singer of songs. Married to "Dragnet's" Jack Webb, she had quite a career both in records and on TV.

"Cry Me A River" became the national anthem for jilted lovers - male and female. I never shed a tear, by the way.

Later on, in the 70's, I did a parody of the song and called it "Fry Me Some Liver".

I don't make these things up. They really happened.
