Franken as Stuart Smalley on SNLI used to run a record shop on upper Broadway in New York City. Franken used to come in as a customer. I was trained to service customers politely, especially to say "May I help you find something?"
The first time Franken came in the store I asked him that question, and he replied rudely, "Let me the hell alone!"
Wonder if he'll act that way in the Senate? Hope not!
