EATIE GOURMETS LAST NIGHT


Last night, the "Eatie Gourmets" had a wonderful meal (even if I did plan and execute it!) We only took one picture - the antipasto platter. It included Roasted Artichoke Salad with Champagne Vinegar, Lebanon Bologna, Prosciutto, and Spiced Mozzarella Balls.

Enjoy looking at it and licking your lips. We also had Baked Shrimp Scampi and Fruit Salad with Limoncello and Yogurt with Lemon Curd Topping.

We all gained 2 pounds, but it's Christmas: who cares?
